Dickens, Walt Whitman, Anne Rice, Jack Kerouac--prob all time favorite... but a close second is Anne Rice. Fav book of hers, Memnoch the Devil. Harry Potter, JK Rowling... 700 pages or so never has gone so quickly. She's amazing!

My mom named me after a character on her favorite TV show in the 60's. It was a vampire... show called "Dark Shadows." Thus the name DraCass, like Dracula :-)

Getting on the bus every morning in an unamed southern town, having a young man yell at me "hey carrot top!" at the top of his lungs... I've always wondered if he "liked" me? He did this everyday schoolday without fail for two years. Ugggh.
Having my Irish friend Laura show me how to color my brows and eyelashes. LOL!
