Well it's probably a good idea you didn't go downtown Savannah on St. Pat's. The power went out and there were tornados. I'm sure you heard, and I'm sure you got some pretty wicked weather there too. I heard at some places they were trying to lock people inside the bars until the power came back on so they could get the money from people's tabs. What a nightmare.
I see, so there isn't a kind of blue sin so to speak? I thought there for a sec that sins had been put in colour catergries. My name came from a book/musical called "The Music of Gingerbear Mountain" I've been working on.. It's not finished but i like the name.. Kinda like Dr. Suess meets David Lynch, Im very excited.. Sorry to bother you, have a nice day X
Hmm... Yeah it does get tough to find places. You could try looking a little farther out and calling a cab to get a ride back. The price of a hotel room further away from downtown would definitely be cheaper and then when you add in the cost of the cab it's about the same or perhaps even less than that hotel room downtown. Just a thought.
OR if you go on savannah's craigslist you can find some people wanting to rent out their rooms in their apartments or houses just for that weekend... http://savannah.craigslist.org/sub/
