Getting creative Bart aren't we ! Well with the Dollar going down and the Euro up ... the grants aren't worth much abroad !! No they don't give out $$ to anyone, and once a species is endangered it has to get down to below 100 before anyone wakes up from their computer and say oh that's a shame !!

Euro goes farther there and the travel is cheaper here !
