I'm totally country and I don't give a flying crap
if y'all don't like that. I listen old hillbilly
stuff, pure Bluegrass, I'm talking fiddle, banjo
and mandolin. I also listen to modern country.
Sometimes I listen heavy metal too. I also like
Irish Folk Music, Scottish and bagpipes.
BOOKS
First of all, the Holy Bible. I actually read it.
Well, I like history books, especially those about
ancient wars and American History. Also books
about crimes, and cops, legal drama, that sorta
thing. Ghosts and paranormal novels also spark my
curiosity. I might read a romance now and then.
Among my favorites are John Grisham and Daniele
Steel.
MOVIES
I like bloody movies, you know, horror movies and
stuff, or spooky, scary movies. I also like action
movies and some other kind of movies might get my
attention now and then. Some of my favorite titles
include The Texas Chainsaw massacre, The Ring, The
Grudge, Child's Play, Gothica, The Prophecy, The
Exorcist, The Exorcism of Emily Rose, The
Wishmaster, The Leprechaum, Friday The 13th, Final
Destination, among other titles. I like action
movies too, with fights and all that, like with
Jean Claude Van Dame, Steven Seagal, Chucky Norris
and so goes on.
Now talking about TV, I like Family Guy, South
Park, Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Aqua Teen Hunger
Force, Metalocalypse and other [adult swim] shows
at night.
DIXIE BROADCASTING
Radio for the conservative and proud Southern
people. Southern music, history facts and
Christianity.
I'm just a good ole boy, straight from the South,
moved out West recently, I'm a very simple man
that likes simple things life has to offer. I was
raised on the farm, way out in the country,
workin' hard, dealing with dairy and beef cattle
on a daily basis, driving tractors, among other
tasks, workin' very hard. It wasn't easy but we
all managed to thank our Good Lord at the end of
everyday and at the end of every harvest. It was a
good life and I miss those times, a lot.
I ain't no saint and I never said I was runnin'
for Pope, but I try my best to be a decent,
honest, good hard-workin' man and I reckon I've
been doing a good job so far. Despite being as
hard headed as a deaf mule sometimes, I reckon I'm
a good hearted person.
Redneck doesn't mean stupid, so get this straight.
That's a fact. I read now and then, I try to keep
myself updated about the world around me, I get
by. Chances are I'm probably more informed,
perhaps even smarter than a lot of non-redneck
folks out there.
TURN ON'S
Purty girls, of course! Redheads and blondies,
mmmm, that's good right there! I also like to chat
with smart, intelligent women, and listen their
point of view about different things. But I also
appreciate talking about simple things, after all,
I am a country boy.
TURN OFF'S
People who disagree with me. Just kidding, most
people do! Hum, I don't know... okay, I have a
very strong, deep Southern accent, real thick, and
one of the things that really pisses me off is
when people automatically assume that I am dumb
and talk to me like I am a retarded, or look down
on me. That kinda upsets me a bit, but on the
other hand, I don't actually worry too much about
it. Ah, and anti-Chrsitians, like some atheists.
Don't mean I will discriminate you, just don't
come here and tell me that God doesn't exist and
that everything I believe is a fraud. I am very
Christian and I would not appreciate it. I don't
preach my beliefs on anybody, so please, do the
same. Also, don't ever ask me if the Rebel Flag is
racist. The flag is just considered racist and
polemical because of some folks who are ignorant
and don't understand Confederate History and
Southern Pride.
HOBBIES
Fishing, hunting, cooking, reading, mudding,
drinking, chatting, playing video games, TV,
riding, lots of other stuff. I used to be a
professional bull rider, and even though I gave up
on that dream long time ago, I still ride bulls
now and then, just for fun.
Nope, not on its own. Taking Alleve to anti-inflame it, but will probably have to have surgery or some such, down the road. Shoulda done it a long time ago, but with the whole no money/no insurance thing...you see my dilemma.
Really hoping I get hired on full time after my temp contract is up, cuz the benefits are supposed to be amazing!
On my way in a bit to go get my new cell phone, and all that fun grocery stuff. Then it will be back to work for me!
We had some break down yestereday that have to be fixed. The combine head needed some things. The bin where we are storeing the corn at, the motor for the spreader burned out in it, so that has to be replaced today too.
Well I must be off to get ready to head to town when the bank opens.
It's severe pain (stabbing and stinging) from 'girlie pain' (ovarian cyst). Been having a REALLY bad time of it, and finally had to go to the ER Friday night. I got this horrid IV narcotic that wasn't fun at all, then a prescrip for Vicodin, which doesn't take AWAY the pain, it just kinda makes it bearable.
But today and yesterday I have been pain (and drug) free, so that's always good!
You have a good day at work, and I will catch ya later
Wellsir, with the new job, I tend to not go to bed til 4-5-6-or even 7 a.m., then I sleep til 1 p.m. Then I get up and brush my hair and teeth, and then I go to work, and I work from 2 til 10:30 p.m.
Today was pretty good, though, because I didn't have ANY pain (been having some pain issues the last week and half). But we ran out of work right after lunch, and only had a few things here and there to do, so it was a pretty slow night.
But! I did have music to listen to. So that was nice. But I got SO sleepy, just sitting around from about 6:30 til 10:30. Not that I'm complaining; I get paid for just being there, whether we have work or not.
