1 stick butter,melted &n; bsp; ; 1cup sifted flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans 8oz. pkg Philladelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. cool whip 1 pkg. Vanilla and chocolate pudding(instant)
3 c. milk
Mix butter,flour and pecans together. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Take your hands and smooth out mixture on bottom. Making a bottom crust. Put in oven @ 350 degrees for about 18 min. Take out and let cool.
Mix cream cheese,powered sugar,cool whip. I usually do all the mixing on this with my hands. Spread over the cool crust.
Mix your packages of Vanilla and Chocolate pudding with the 3 cups milk. I use a mixer on this until it's stiff. Pour this on the cream cheese layer.
Top with more cool whip and pecans. This one is best if made the day before and chilled overnight...
