Too busy working and meditating for hobbies, but i do like a good movie or a good book. Currently reading Play of consciousness by Muktananda.

What the #@&$! Do We Know?, Buddha's Lost Children (Highly recommended if you can find it), Jacob's Ladder, Baraka, anything by the Coen Brothers, Whake Rider and SO many more that you never heard of and i can't remember.

Anything from the heart played with balls! Anything deep and relaxing.

Mainly yogic scriptures, but I do like Michel Faber. Like music, if it comes form the heart I will enjoy it, reading a book is like spending time with the person who wrote it, they are sharing an intimate part of themselves and their thoughts and experiences with you through their characters and story.

It's that frequency thing again, if I resonate wiht them then whatever they write is gonna be good for me.

Gentleness, a peaceful heart, warm smile and humble confidence.

It's all down to frequency, like music, some notes make a beautiful chord together, some notes sound harsh and grating together, so it is with people, two people can have the same characteristics but one I will get on well with the other I will not like at all.

I guess being true to your heart and humble go a long way for me.
