So, I'm a dyed-in-the-wool anti-dentite, pretty much, only because I've have SO much dental work in my life, and while NONE of it has been pleasant (don't think it's supposed to be, actually), well, often it's been barely tolerable. So....I've not had to take a Vicodin since right around the time I got laid off from that drudge job...damn, it's going on TWO months now, that's just pathetic. Anyhoo, so the last time I got the prescrip filled, it was for ONLY five pills...so I rationed them. Some of you may remember the Darvoset from mom fiasco? Darvoset is quite awful, just so you know. Or maybe I'm just allergic. Both, I think. Mom gave me one last night so I could preserve my two Vicodin (man, I sound like a drug store, huh), and, well, I hate it. Made me dizzy, I STILL had pain, then when I went to bed my back, the backs of my knees, and the bottoms of my feet got all itchy. I don't recommend it. Anybody seen the commercial for the ant-acid (I think) drug, Aciphex? Did they ever say it out loud when they were naming the drug? Am I the only one that hears "ass effects?" Am I just crazy? (no need to answer that last) It's just, every single time I hear that commercial, I have to say, out loud, "ASS effects? Really?"... Read More
