My two loves are indie (Bloc Party, Muse, Elliott Smith, the Shins, Ted Leo, Arctic Monkeys, the Foals, Klaxons, Neutral Milk Hotel, Von Bondies, Mountain Goats, Stereophonics, etc, etc.) and punk (Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphys, Bad Religion, Anti-Flag, Bouncing Souls, Decemberists, Social Distortion, the Filaments, Douglas, the Ramones, Rancid, etc, etc). But I'm certainly open to others.

Margaret Atwood, Harry Potter, Julian Barnes, John Berhendt, Samuel Shem, Thoreau, George Orwell, F. Scott Fitzgerald. Unfortunately most of the books I've read in the past two years have been for school, which, while practical, isn't that interesting for discussion.

Tall boys, tattoos, artists, your mom, sarcasm, a sense of humor, intelligence, slightly geeky interests, philosophical discussions, good forearms. Yeah, I don't know why either, but I like forearms.

Umm...excess back hair? People without a sense of humor, the DRAMA, playing games, liars, yes-men, people who are too agressive, people who aren't agressive at ALL, the word "moist".

I'm currently a third year medical student and professional nomad - I get to move every month for the next two years. Lucky me, right? So if you're into the sixteen-hour shift chic (aka dark undereye circles and scrubs), then I'm your girl. Sometimes it's exciting, sometimes you want to castrate people to prevent them from procreating, but it's the only thing I've ever wanted to do with my life. Hopefully I'll end up in Emergency Med doing Life Flight, but we'll see.
