Surprisingly cold? That's not true - I know, because I've seen movies, and it's always warm in California... Don't tell me that it's all a big media con, please!

As you can see from my latest round of photos, it's very cold in the UK at the moment. We've had the most snow fall in 20-odd years, and as a result the whole nation shut down and refused to work properly. Trains, schools, tin openers... The lot.

It's now getting back to normal (ie rain), but at least I can walk everywhere without falling over!
