I took sometime to think on a response to this one and I did listen to it several times when you first posted the blog to get the feel of what it was you were expressing.

Dancing, teaching, and writing are all forms of expression and each well within your abilities.
Do you feel you need to express yourself in some form and wish to share that expression with others?

To use an analogy as illustration, I'm a classic woodcarver.
I express myself in three dimensions to project a though or concept.

The cutting tools I use are high quality and require frequent maintenance to keep their sharp edges.

I could have the absolute best tools on the planet but if I do not focus on maintaining them, they quickly become the best tools with a dull edge.

Despite whatever skills I have, a dull tool will not cut properly.
Also if I do not use the skills aquired they will dwindle and I have to re-learn them.
Planning is a must to execute any task, and I have to be realistic when planning something out.

What I wish vs what I am able to do defines my reality, if a task is beyond my current skill level but I really want to do something, I spend time researching exactly what it will take to complete the task and then execute it.

I'm not afraid of trying -or- failing, there are are no regrets in trying.
Self motivation and self sacrafice come into play with some of the "I want's".

You already have experience with what it will take to put a fine edge on whatever it is that you want to do, the go do it part sounds like the sticking point.

Sometimes you have to take the bull by the horns and make it happen, use the negative energy from the dissapointments to fuel your determination to not give up and keep pushing forward until you reach your goal.

Lastly don't be so hard on yourself for trying, every artisan is their own worst critic.
Some of the unexplored want's will involve trial and error, just keep plugging away until you get what you want in life and don't give up.
