That's a pity to hear;

but there is more job-fish in the job-sea and i'm sure you will catch another one !

I just got a telephone call from the school, the job ranges from reception age (4 years) to year six (11 years) I havent got experience with the older children, so they didnt give me the job *sigh*  the women on the phone said the actual interview was very good, its jus the experience, which sucks, but what can you do? I have just qualified, so experience will come :)

It obviously wasnt meant to be :) Which Im cool about, but feeling little bummed ... I still have a job so its still all good :)  

Thank you everyone for your good wishes and luck, it hasnt been a waste of time, as this was my first proper interview which has given me experience in how to conduct myself in a interview and also learning how to navigate my way to a different location in the car :) is all valuable experience for me! :) Thanks love lizzie!

AH Lizzie those simple tests are tricks to determine initiative and abiltiy to think...read and follow directions.

What is amazing is those that don't get it...  they don't get the job !

You have to tell yourself before going in there is nothing to be scared of and you are the best one for the job.

 If you aren't sure how is the employer going to be sure ?
