All Hail Jules, New Queen Bee of Redhedd!!

Hiya 'Hedds,

I would like to announce that our very own jules_a_muffin, queen of the redhedds and an extremely valuable member of the site since like day 2, has been promoted to full admin.  She will now be handling the daily pic updates, and doing her best to welcome all the new peeps, and generally spreading the gospel of her great personality everywhere.

Please congratulate her, and respect her authoritah.
