Ok so my husband got a new job been there about a month and a half.
He is working for a marketing and sales company. Now when he started the company had high hope for that husband of mine, because of his back ground in training people.
Now the problem is for some stupid unknown reason, the company system is that you have to make 12 sales in one week before you can be promoted to the training level.
Also everyone who works there is technically self employed, therefore no base wage. But once you get passed the first stage you not only get paid for every sale you make but get a percentage for every sale anyone you have trained makes.
So my husband has been working 6 days a week 11am to 10pm, for basically nothing because his sales pitch don’t work or whatever. Which is really frustrating because he can teach people how to do the sales, its just he cant for some god unknown reason! Now money is tight anyways as newly weds and with all the extra costs of driving and buy food etc we ain’t got much to spare.
So after some discussion with my husband, about giving this job the boot, he was gonna give his notice. But what has he gone and done now, gone on another road trip which is 5 hours away for the entire week.
Not happy!!!!!!!!!!! So I get to look forward to a week all alone again, waiting for the accessional phone call from him bitching that he hasn’t made any sales.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
