i'm chatting to lizzie and i reckon she is a doughnut the nice sort but i don't know what type of doughnut exactly so please post some ideas nothing nasty like custard filled though keep it clean people.
also i prefer lizzie to heinz baked beans so any random comment like that is welcome too not just about lizzie though feel free to mention me.
any ideas on how to keep cool in the heat are also welcome
