Ah, yes! That wonderful time of year for all us college students...Spring Break! While everyone is racing to see who can get to the beach first, I and my fair skin are going north. I'll be in D.C., PA, and then on to NYC. I can't wait!!

It's been a while since I've been to NYC so I if anyone can help me out with some suggestions on where to go, eat, stay, etc. it would be lovely!

will you be in NYC for st. paddy's? If so, you should try to make it to our gathering.

I like to stay in midtown: it makes most of manhattan (and some of brooklyn) accessible by foot.

I know nothing really, but there are two restaurants that I can recommend: The 5 Points, which if I remember right is on Great Jones st in the Bowery. And a trendy Thai place in Williamsburg, Sea.

If you're into fun shopping, go to ABC Home, I think it's Broadway and 18th.
