Hi all,
I’m back from touring Northern Europe, set off from near London UK, drove to the port at Dover to cross the English Channel to France, driving through Belgium, Holland, Germany, Denmark and eventually Sweden. Here is some pics.
Saying goodbye to England and the white cliffs of Dover in the distance.
Stopped in Denmark, and went over some awesome bridges.
Saw lots of Jelly Fish, in the Danish seas
And some very beautiful beaches.
Then, camped in Sweden
Where I awoke to the sun rising above the lake at 4.30 in the morning.
And some more pretty lakes in the afternoon on a trek through the country.
Some Swedish folklore.
A boat with style
Pretty waterfalls
Where I just had to play.
There is a easy way, and a hard way to get across the waterfalls, but then again there is ‘Littlereds way’ as my hubby would say.
Saw Moose, this one is a youngster.
Then back on the road, here is one of our views driving through Sweden.
Driving back down through Germany and some amazing thunderstorms, then sunshine and a rainbow as we are going over the bridge of the river Rhine.
Saw happy faces, to signal the end of the road works in Holland.
Then chilled out in a wooden Cabin in Amsterdam (Holland).
And woke up in the morning to see happy bunnies hopping about.
Went in to Amsterdam’s city centre and saw lots of Canals and bridges. These ones here are called the Seven Bridges.
And a big Ginger Tom, crashed out in the cafe we were at.
Then down to Ostend, a Belgium city, and some cool looking boats in the dock.
Getting cheeky in Calais, France.
Then enjoying the evening sun, before catching my Boat back for the next day to go home.
And finally, here I am pointing to the starting and ending point of our journey. It was fun![br]
When we got back and was unloading the car, my cat Autumn jumped in the drivers seat, and my Dog Scooby jumped in the back seat, it was so funny, they just sat there and looked at me as if to say, ‘’this time you are not going away, without taking us!’’
It’s good to be back home
